I kept hesitating to do acupuncture because I hate needles. However, I’m so glad I came to Jim for help. He made it so easy & relaxing to be there.  He has helped me tremendously with back & shoulder pain & also with my depression. He also has a vast knowledge of vitamins & supplements.  And, they really work. I would very highly recommend Valley Acupuncture for any  health problems.  JH, Aurora

I had a long-term shoulder condition that was going to take a year to heal. Jim helped me manage the pain with a combination of herbal anti-inflammatory supplements and acupuncture. At one point, my doctor prescribed a pharmaceutical pain medicine, which I took as directed. But it did not offer better relief than Jim’s regimen, which I believed was safer and more effective.
